PROUZA

Prouza is a guitar band from Frýdek-Místek. They were a key name in the domestic alternative scene of the early 1990s. After several creative breaks, the band returned to the stage in 2022 with a rejuvenated, multi-generational lineup. Alongside founding members, guitarist Vladimír Frank and bassist Bronislav Svoboda, the band now features drummer Alex Buš, guitarist Radovan Typovský, and singer-lyricist Tomáš Gavlas. In late 2025, after a 12-year hiatus, Prouza released their fifth studio album titled V téhle době (In These Times). Produced by sound master Amák at Prague's Golden Hive studio, the record deliberately avoids modern pop trends and relies on raw post-punk and a dirty guitar sound.

MOŘE DNÍ

Moře dní is an indie-rock band from Ostrava. It was founded by drummer and singer Martin "Marcyn" Hampel from the band Buty. The six-member lineup plays songs on the border of lo-fi pop, psychedelia, and civilian melancholy. Their sound combines inspiration from Mac DeMarco, Dežo Ursiny, and the atmosphere of the TV show Twin Peaks. Following their 2023 debut album, the band released their second record, Barevná továrna (The Colorful Factory, 2026), which they are currently touring in clubs and at festivals. Music publicists praise the band for their ability to say complex things simply and for a dynamic that shifts precisely according to the needs of individual songs.
