"We decided that playing a single farewell concert in Romania (Banat) was too strict, so we added one more farewell concert in our home town of Olomouc at the Jazz Tibet Club, where it all started. So we invite everyone who can't make it to the Banat Festival." Jiřin Jirák
Olomouc's Nylon Jail made a strong introduction with the album "My Heart Soars Like a Hawk", which they released in 2013. On it, they created an original blend of electronica, rock, indie and country. This was followed by a tour not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Kiev, Ukraine. A year later, they became the Vinyl Discovery of the Year and were nominated for the Angel Award. After personnel changes, the second album "Irreversible Changes" was released, where they moved towards a more playful sound. The album "Kings of the Weaklings" was released in 2023 as a gift for ten years of existence. So the band took a trip back in time. Besides new songs, the album contains songs that started many years ago and ended up in a drawer. "The main theme for me is the uncertainty of the time in which it was created. The impossibility to control the situation, because the driving forces are stronger than will", says guitarist and author Roman Vičík.
