BÁRA ZMEKOVÁ & MARIE KIESLOWSKI

We cordially invite you to a unique double concert of two distinctive female singers and songwriters who will swap the usual band line-up or looper and synth for one acoustic piano and microphone. Don't miss this unique opportunity to hear their songs in their most pure and intimate form, dominated by voices, lyrics and the magic of the moment. Take advantage of the low-priced pre-sale and invite your friends!

Bára Zmeková
Composer, pianist and singer. Last released album Jediný na sveta (2024). Under her hands, dreamy songs are created on the border of jazz, folk, classical music and fine electronics. She writes original Czech lyrics full of figurative poetry, which she lightens with humour and insight. Listeners refer to her concerts as a "soul trip" or "poetry in music," and it has even been said, "that was the first time I got high on music."

Marie Kieslowski
Singer-songwriter and singer. Last released EP Je to složitější (2024). Marie likes to combine looped layers, piano and organ sounds. Her debut album Is Everything Good? was laced with gentle songs about motherhood and isolation, underpinned by covid lockdowns. The new songs expand the focus on the outside world, but don't lose intimacy and insight. You can hear blues, indie folk and a touch of pop in Maria's work.
