Anna Vaverková will present live her second long-playing album "Krása", which will be released in September under Kabinet Records. She will perform with a band consisting of Liam Blomqvist (guitar, bass, vocals), Joakim Jägerhult (drums, percussion, pad), Anna (piano, keyboards, bass guitar, lead vocals).
Anna Vaverková is a musician from Prague, currently based in Berlin, where she stayed after completing her Bachelor's degree in Songwriting. In Berlin, she toured with her band - The Flavians, with whom she played at Glastonbury Festival, or opened for Catfish and the Bottlemen. During the pandemic, Anna returned to the Czech language as a lyricist and released the EP "Roztomilá Holka" under her own name, which was nominated for the Anděl, Vinyla and Apollo awards the following year. With her subsequent debut album "Pozdravy z polepšovny" she turns two nominations around and brings home statuettes for the Anděl and Apollo awards.
Anna has also performed her Czech songs on international stages, such as at SXSW 2024 (TX, USA), Reeperbahn 2024 (Hamburg), and in London, Berlin and Hanover. This year Anna and her band presented a series of concerts as part of the cultural programme of the Czech National Pavilion at EXPO 2025 in Osaka, Japan. In September she will release her second full-length album under the title "Krása".
